Access to the Site and the use of its content are subject to these terms.
In accessing and browsing the Site, the User agrees to them unreservedly. Any individuals who do not agree to the GTCU must refrain from viewing and/or using the Site in any way. The Site is aimed at professionals.
The Site and its component parts (photographs, editorial texts, classification trees, ranking, databases, illustrations, diagrams, drawings, logos, software as well as SO-BUZZ brands and trademarks) are the sole property of SO-BUZZ with any related intellectual property rights belonging solely to SO-BUZZ. These creations are protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code and any breach is punishable under civil and penal law.
The use of all or part of the Site content, whether as downloads, extraction or transfer, through reproduction, depiction, distribution or the use of a hypertext link, is prohibited.
The Site is made available to users for the purpose of presenting SO-BUZZ and its products and services. In this respect, Site users tend to be professionals seeking information about the range of Social Media Marketing products and services, and/or who are consulting the service for accessing the SO-BUZZ platform through the Site.
The Site is also a means of accessing the platform that provides the service allowing a professional user to launch marketing campaigns on their Facebook pages, Twitter accounts or through other channels. In this respect, the Site user is a user of and subscriber to a service allowing that professional (hereinafter, the 'Client') to run marketing campaigns and sales promotions through competitions usually aimed at natural persons (hereinafter 'Participants').

Personal Data of Participants
Upon the instruction of its clients and on their behalf as processor, So-Buzz collects the data entered manually by participants into their Facebook account, Twitter account or that of any other social network that can be logged into and from which the professional runs its promotions.
As such, these data are collected and used by So-Buzz clients who are solely responsible for the promotions, games and competitions organised with the So-Buzz platform in accordance with the rules of Facebook – http://www.facebook.com/page_guidelines.php – or those of any other social network that might be used for this purpose.
Participants, who are entitled to access, rectify or remove their personal data, exercise their right by contacting the Professional in question directly as it has undertaken to do as the controller, in accordance with its legal obligations.
In the event of any failings on the part of the aforementioned professional, Participants are entitled to notify SO-BUZZ. They undertake to do so with all the accuracy required, documenting their email with screen shots where relevant.

Under no circumstances may So-Buzz be held liable for the actions of its clients and under no circumstances may it be prosecuted or implicated in the prosecution of any of its clients who have failed to observe current data protection laws.
The personal data collected on this Site are protected by appropriate security measures in order to prevent, in particular, data from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
SO-BUZZ regularly updates information available on the Site but cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date. Under no circumstances may SO-BUZZ be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, whatever the cause, origin, nature or consequence, arising from viewing or using the Site.
Users of the website state that they have checked that the configuration used does not contain any viruses and operates perfectly.

All Users and Participants are solely responsible for the content of electronic messages submitted as comments on the Site Blog. No electronic message submitted in this way should be defamatory in nature, or damage the reputation and brand image of SO-BUZZ and that of professionals using the resources.
Messages published on the Site are kept for the duration of the GTCU and may be removed and monitored as SO-BUZZ sees fit.

Applicable Law and Competent Court
The GTCU are subject to French law.
In the event of any difficulties in applying these terms and conditions, Users undertake to seek an amicable solution by contacting SO-BUZZ's customer services department before taking any legal action.
If no amicable solution can be found within fifteen days of the occurrence of the disagreement, the case may be brought before the French courts, which have sole jurisdiction, with the Parties conferring sole jurisdiction on the Commercial Court where the SO-BUZZ headquarters are located, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third party appeals.
